The input supplied by the customer basically consists in a models of the part to be realized.

From these data Valenti Engineering Department develops the 3D models of the raw part (cores, gating system, prints, etc) and of the complete equipment (dies, molds, coreboxes, other devices, etc).

For new or to improve existing projects we can implement a casting simulation to reach as soon as possible the customer metallurgical standards.

After that also the 2D drawings will be made to support the production.

We have also a lot of experience in making 3D models starting from 2D data or from an existing equipment (using the most modern 3D scanning solutions).
